Aquisition Advisory
We provide capital raising and transactional advisory services regarding acquisitions of, or strategic investments in, companies, including engagements where we advise (i) owners/managment of companies, (ii) management teams seeking to buyout the existing ownership by "partnering" with private equity groups and other capital providers, and (iii) other private and public acquirers or investors.
Most of our acquisition engagements also involve a capital raising process to raise the acquisition financing necessary and/or advisable for consummating the acquisition, including an investment banking marketing and investment process to raise such capital and advice on the optimal structure for the layers of capital in connection with the acquisition.
Many of our acquisition engagements involve research, analysis and identification of potential target companies to be acquired, in addition to advice on how to consummate the acquisition in a manner that maximizes the client’s objectives.
